Is it possible to use Wikipedia online or offline with GD Android?

What's the problem? Just copy the above files into GD folder on external or internal SD. Internal SD folder has name "GoldenDict" and GD indexes it automatically. Location of external SD folder should be explicitly specified in Settings.

Would it also in some way be possible to implement the online search of Wikipdia into the Android GD, the same way it is implemented into the PC version?

It's more question to developers, than to me Android GD has no built-in support for online dictionaries. You'd rather post your request in GD feature requests
