Tvangeste: thanx, it helped. I put all dicts in one folder without recursion and I saved some seconds. Now I started within cca 6 secs. Not as good as under Linux but much better.
PS: 120 dictionaries in your GD? Jesus Christ, are you a polyglot or something:)
