last searching quiz plugin

Hi guys i had just had this idea that why godendict have some quiz plugin that ask your last questions back to you, seems like some word memorize software?
for example, in every five minute, the goldendict icon on the taskbar would pops up some little baloon and ask you a word, when you click it open the popup menu and translate this word. wouldn't it be simple?
