The headwords number for DSL dictionaries now is limited by 32 headwords per one article.

Hi,
Is this DSL limitation GD PC desktop specific? Is it for the sake of indexing/search speed?
On some rare occasions, 32 seems to be a frustratingly low number.
If I'm not mistaken, the mobile version of GD works well with a fair (unlimited ?) amount of DSL headwords.
Anyway, I enjoy working with earlyaccess builds, thanks.

To prevent exponential increasing number of headwords when expanding headword optional parts.
Now limit changed from 32 headwords per article to 32 headwords per one headword with optional parts.

This is now working: I can search 'make' and '36' to '85'.
Thanks!

Thanks rather belatedly, Abs62, for your prompt answer!

Thanks!

It's really good news to be able to search for all the superabundance of synonyms in DSL files!

Still, I can't figure out the meaning of the new feature in the 313 EA build "Show/hide optional parts of articles (DSL dictionaries only)". Is it possible to see an example of it –- if it isn't too bothersome for you? Thanks.

This option allow to hide article parts marked in dictionary as optional and expand it by button clicking. See pictures.

Thanks for your links.
However, I can't see any option to hide/expand, as there is no coding in my dsl file. I am curious how it should be coded...
Thanks for your time.

[*]...[/*] - tags for optional zones in DSL.
Did you turn off "Expand optional parts" option on "Advanced" tab in preferences?
