I tried to look-up from Gold Dict. @ Forvo, however,I received a query error (invalid key)I assume that means the API key. When I went to API to update my key,the old key was still present. How might I update my key?
Thanks

You mean that the key from
http://api.forvo.com/key/ and the key you set up in GoldenDict settings (Dictionaries -> Soures -> Forvo ) are identical?
Please do make sure they are indeed identical. In case if you use the default key that comes with GD, then since it is being used by many users it only work for the limited number of queries (which is quickly could be exhausted by many users).

Indeed. Get your own API key here
http://api.forvo.com/ You would need to register first. Then go to Edit > Dictionaries > Sources > Forvo and check "Enable pronunciations from Forvo" and enter your key.

The first thing I did was register, shortly after that I applied and received my API key, there after plugging it in Gold Dict. But as you know the current key is good for only so long(audio link:2 hr.limit)and of course,API request limits 1000 per day and resets @ 22:00(UTC).I can somewhat understand why my key is invalid, but the question is how do I Update it.Because my original key is still listed at Forvo/API/KEY.

Just go to Edit | Dictionaries, switch to the Forvo tab, edit the key, press Ok. That's the problem exactly?

Do this:
go to
http://api.forvo.com/account/go to Plans and Pricing
then renew Your API by clicking on the Free plan
That is all. Every API Expires after 1 Year.
