Uservoice to vote for features

So, the developer of the program knows what features are most needed (popular) among users. When a user is trying to add a new feature, the website shows to him similar features to avoid duplicates.

Maybe author of GoldenDict also can create such website for GoldenDict. It is cost-free and can be done in minutes.
Because now users of GoldenDict have to use this forum to suggest features, but it is difficult to check whether somebody has already suggested such feature. And after a feature is added, it gets hidden behind new topics and new users cannot comment on it.
