I would like to have the last beta release with Sdict support. Is someone here who is capable of doing a package for 10.04 Ubuntu? Thanx in advance

Thank you. After some months I encourage myself and with help of some people I compiled GD from sources. Anyway, it will useful for everyone. It would be grerat to give it in Ubuntu repository although it is just beta version...

Uh, I have tried to install this package. Installation process is OK but it is no possible to run it. Its no possible to run /usr/bin/goldendict

I just created a GoldenDict Portable Linux Version. It has the last changes as of 2012-05-20. Give it a try here.
