loading content from other sites BASED ON THE DICTIONARY

this is a feature request/suggestion.
Would it be possible to disallow loading content from other sites only for some of the website dictionaries? I find the feature really useful, but I also use a couple of dictionaries that seem to have their css files or whatever graphics they need on some other site - so if loading from other sites is disabled, they look terrible (e.g. http://synonyme.woxikon.de/synonyme-englisch/house.php) So it would be great if I could set the disable/enable feature separately for each dictionary.
Moreover, I would like to cast my vote in favour of a feature suggested elsewhere - enable/disable website dictionaries with a single button/keyboard shortcut.
