Menu disappeared AND how to move Results Navigation bar

I have two problems I hope someone here can help with

1. In the menu, I de-selected the show menu, and the Menu disappeared. How do I get it back?

2. How do I move the "Results Navigation" panel to the right side of the interface? Several weeks ago, my Results Navigation panel appeared on the right side of the interface, but now for some reason, it now appears on the left and I am forced to switch between the tab "Search" and "Results Navigation". How can I restore the Results Navigation panel to the right side?
