can I use google pronunciation with golden dict on kubuntu 12.04 ?
can I use offline pronunciation for goldendict like babylon can do ?

If you mean using Google Translate, then currently is not working in GoldenDict. See https://github.com/goldendict/goldendict/issues/106
On the other hand, GoldenDict has support for Forvo built-in. Check Edit > Dictionaries > Sources > Forvo.

can I mek golden dict pronunce the word when scan popup appear ?
and can I add mp3 files that contain new pronunciations for words to golden dict?

Yes, Edit > Preferences > Audio > Auto-pronounce words in scan popup.

Yes, it's one of GoldenDict's features:

• Ability to index arbitrary directories with audio files for pronunciation lookups.

It should be able to work with the following audio file formats:

.wav, .au, .voc, .ogg, .mp3, .mp4, .aac, .flac, .mid, .kar, .mpc, .wma, .wv, .ape

These are other audio/pronunciation features:

• ABBYY Lingvo .lsa/.dat audio archives. Those can be indexed separately, or be referred to from .dsl files.
• Ability to run arbitrary external programs for audio playback or content generation (text-to-speech, man pages etc) (use the latest Git version for this)
• Support for looking up and listening to pronunciations from forvo.com

Also GD supports web dictionaries via templated Url patterns. So, if you find a web page that allow to listen to the pronunciation of the term you search then you might use it from GoldenDict too.
