make failue

i have down load the programe , but when i try the install the dependency

the libphonon-dev by

sudo apt-get install install libphonon-dev

it report can't find the package. how can i get one?? thanks.

then i try to make it by:
$:~/goldendict$ qmake

the failure report is :
Project ERROR: Package vorbisfile not found
what is problem ?
my OS ubuntu 12.04 .

You are repeating "install". It's: sudo apt-get install libphonon-dev

then i try to make it by:

In addition to those, you need to install the following dependency libbz2-dev.
