Guide for how to create dictionaries for GoldenDict

If anyone is trying to create an electronic dictionary which will work in GoldenDict, StarDict, Babiloo for PC and SimiDic and GoldenDict for Android, I have written a guide explaining how to do it in the SimiDic wiki.

By the way, SimiDic is a new free/open source electronic dictionary for Android which we created to promote indigenous languages in the Andes.
