Tabs: Lock for Language Groups & Keyboard Layouts

Could someone please tell me if it's possible to configure GD in such a way that each tab remains rigidly associated with a selected language group and keyboard layout, and if not, whether there're any plans afoot to make this possible?..

At the moment this is not possible. The group selector is a global object that applies to all tabs.
