Normally the whole menu-bar has a menu background gradient, but in the Lingoes blue style the menu background gradient just stops after the last menu item (in Windows 7):

Thanks for the report, I've updated the style to adjust this behavior. Btw, you could easily hide the menu altogether, by using Ctrl-M shortcut.

Or, do you mean the language choosing menu, the gray one? You need to create multiple Groups for it to appear. Go to F3 -> Groups -> Create Group.

Yes, I meant the grey language menu. I've added some groups to make it appear. Thanks again!
