I really like other dictionaries allow user to annotate words, e.g. add the context you encountered the word. and these notes can be exported or synced in clouds or dropbox etc.
I there any plans to implement such kind of features?

Not at the moment.

What we have now is a history of all the words you've seen. It can be either automated or manual. In manual mode it is like favorites list. You could export/import this history/favorites list.

But no syncing and no custom notes at the moment.
