Is it possible to use different groups in different tabs

For instance, if we have classified dictionaries into several groups,
group 1：English-English;
group2: English-Russian;
Group3: English-French,

The problem is, is it possible to use group 1 in tab1, and group2 in tab2 …
and automatically reload these tabs and groups when goldendict are activated?
This seems to be a convenient and powerful function
