Is there any option to select the Font-Type for the Words pane and Definitions pane ?
I know that there is zoom-in and zoom-out for both panes. Where is the option for font-type ?

There is no option to change the font in GoldenDict yet. There is a request for this feature in the issue tracking which is 2 year old: https://github.com/goldendict/goldendict/issues/14

For the time being, you will have to play with the CSS files in your configuration folder. There are plenty of examples in the forum to customize GoldenDict. I'd suggest you search in Google for: "site:goldendict.org qt-style.css" and also "site:goldendict.org article-style.css"
