It's a commandline based program
Code: Select all
python3 tsv2dsl.py data.txt

see Readme.md for more clear explanation and usage

I already downloaded the files from github. but still can't understand how to use this in bilingual dictionaries. Give us an example of such a dictionary (en-in).
thanks

Please see the Readme.md, I updated it, with step by step instructions.

Also I've re-wrote the whole program, so download the tsv2dsl.py again!

Sir,
Thank you for your response. i have downloaded the update and made a txt file. please have a look at it and feel free to modify it if necessary. However i don't know how to run the python file and what is the relationship between this file and golden dict and does the python file make the dsl formatting automatically?
Code: Select all
#NAME "common words"
#INDEX_LANGUAGE "English"
#CONTENTS_LANGUAGE "English"

Then, I assume you don't know about commandline, python3, file argument and programming :)

See how to install python3
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jgUQI92dKA0

The thing is that it is a commandline program, not a GUI program. Get some help from a computer science student.

run the script with argument
