tsv2dsl - text file to dsl dictionary converter

I already downloaded the files from github. but still can't understand how to use this in bilingual dictionaries. Give us an example of such a dictionary (en-in).

Also I've re-wrote the whole program, so download the tsv2dsl.py again!

However i don't know how to run the python file and what is the relationship between this file and golden dict and does the python file make the dsl formatting automatically?

The thing is that it is a commandline program, not a GUI program. Get some help from a computer science student.
