New translation file.

A lot of problems such as format errors, ambiguity and unfinished entries have been fixed. I do not know how to send the file to you, so I upload the new translation file and the patch in attachment.

Update Chinese translation again, fix some typos and a few awkward errors I didn't notice last time.
Here is the patch.
Now it seems OK enough, so I'll update it till next release is coming.
