RTL, UI, and the scan popups

please add these features to goldendict:
RTL:
1)display the results in RTL mode (if the result is in RTL language)
2)add option to the scan popup to check in the dictionary for the reverse string of words in RTL language (there are some applications that the scan popup gets the words from them reversed)
UI:
3)add option to set constant (custom) size for the scan popup window
4)add option to hide automatically the scan popup window on mouse move (as babylon does)
The scan popup:
5)if the scanned word is part of a phrase, scan the previous and next words in the text, and if the scanned word with the surrounding words form one or more possible phrases - show list of the possible phrases (as babylon does).
