I put the dictionary in .DSL format and sounds for this dictionary in *.WAV format in directory C:\DICTS
In .DSL file the links to .wav are given this way: "[s]124015.wav[/s]".
I chose a word and click the icon to play it and the message window pops up saying: "The referenced resource failed to download".
What directory .WAV files should be placed to? And is this function available at all?

.wav files should be put either to the same directory as .dsl, or to a "foo.dsl.files" subdirectory (for "foo.dsl")
