GoldenDictionary for Mac OS X?

Hi, I've been looking at this website every once in a while for a few months. Is there no one using Golden Dictionary on Mac OS X? (I'm running 10.6.4 Snow Leopard.) I don't know anything about compiling applications or making the code turn into a usable application, but if anyone is working on this for Mac, I'd be thrilled to know.

Thanks!

There were some efforts to compile GoldenDict for Mac OS in the past, with varying levels of success. One of such efforts is undergoing right about now, and I see even some test Mac OS builds posted here: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=828

Hopefully, GoldenDict sources would be improved after such effort (adding preprocessor macros) so that compilation for Mac OS would be as simple as it is for Windows and Linux.

Thank you very much! I do hope a good, usable, stable version for Mac OS X will be available some time soon :) Thanks for the quick response. I looked at that page, but I don't know Russian, so it didn't help me a lot. Is it safe to download the .dmg file referred to there and try to run it on a Mac?

Anyone have 1.0.1 working on Mac OS X? I tried some of links on the Russian forum, but the files don't seem to be available. I'd really appreciate any suggestions.
