Please, I would contributing in a translation coordination

Hello to everyone,

I've translated GoldenDict into Italian (that I'll want to share) and I would like to contributing to help other people managing the translations.

1. I would centralize translations and source files to translate
Thius should help to solve a translation problem: wich version translate?

For example, I've translated the GodelnDict 0.9.0 for Windows, but this translation files, doesn't work perfectly on the "portable version" that I've download in this site.
So, if you are agree, can you please relase a new official "portable version"?

2. I want write a small guide that everyone (not techinical person) can understand
3. I offer my time and my best with my limitation, but I'll ask your help to create this translation section

To do this first step, is: where can I create this "translation section"?

Any one wants contributin?

You could use wiki to document the process for now. The latest translation files are in Git, see here.

We could try to do something more later, though right now I don't have much time to devote to this project. If you'd come up with any plan, please share it with us.

Thankss for your answer, I'll start following your suggestions.
In the few days I'll write the translation instructions as WIKI documents and I'll update my translations with last files that you signal to me (I've already cheked that files are newer than mine).

Any way, when I'll finish, how can I upload it? Should I use GIT software?

Just mail any translation files directly to me. Right now this is the easiest way.

They do seem to conduct the intent more clearly. I'll think about it

ok I'll send the translation to you in the few days.. I just have check if I made some spelling errors.
After this I'll write the Wiki instructions.
