I want to translate the GD to other language,What should I do?

I could send you a blank .ts file which you could translate using Qt Linguist (part of Qt SDK). Which language are you interested in?

I can translate it from Chinese to other language.

I want to translate Goldendict to uyghur(uighur).

Ok, attaching two files zipped: first one is ug_CN.ts which is what you need to translate, and another one is zh_CN.ts which is the existing Chinese translation you can use to look up meanings. You can load both into Qt Linguist simultaneously so you could quickly see the existing Chinese translations while doing Uyghur.

Could I convert.Qm(or .ts file) file to .Po file?
If yes, I Can translate po file with omegat.

You could try ts2po. However, I would recommend sticking to Qt Linguist.
