hello,
there are some good news and bad
let us begin with the good ,

en-wikipedia offeline is available now in .mdx formate for Mdict program

the bad news or this is all of you know this, .mdx file will not work on Gdict !!

You could, as a workaround, download the entire Wikipedia in any language and run it on a server locally. There are several wamp/lamp package to ease the installation. Then, you just point GD to your local installation.

but I just want a small file to work on Gdict,

Wikipedia is 150 gigabytes !!
and it will be great if there is a chance to get wikipedia offeline on this program.

there is wikipedia offline for lingoes but it is very abbreviated 800,000 articles 2006
and this one .mdx,
and for aaad dictionary,
and one for Okawix program.

I hope one for Gdict.

If GD support for .mdx format directly like bgl,and dsl,we can use it with GD.
i hope GD can support for .mdx in next version.
