Chinese dictionary

I can't get the free dictionaries from Babylon because they need me to install the exe program first (I'm on Linux) and no website seems to offer a dictionary. The Lingo website is in Russian. I found CC-Cedict, but it comes in a txt file and GoldenDict won't read it
Is there a simple way to do this? Offline prefered, but I'll take anything at this stage.

Read the Dictionary page on the GoldenDict web site: You can get the BGL from the .exe, using 7zip.
