GoldenDict stopped working with Google Translate
Posted: Sat Apr 21, 2012 10:22 pmI had GoldenDict set up to work with google translate, but is not working any more.
In order to configure goldenDict to work with google translate, I went to Edit menu, then selected Dictionaries, then I went to Websites tab, clicked Add, wrote a name and put this in Address: "http://translate.google.com/?hl=es#en|es|%GDWORD%" (yes, I want to translate from english to spanish because I'm not a native english speaker, actually I'm still learning english) and finnally I checked it in the enabled column.
Like a month ago it was working, but one day I open it up and now is not.
I tried with Wordreferrence and is not working neither. I also configured Wiktionary and is working.
Does somebody knows what can I do to get it work?
When I press the shotcut (Ctrl+C+C) to goldenDict translate the actual selection, the pop-up doesn't show anything, it appears empty, with just the label that indicates the dictionary's name, in this case Google Translate
