I'm pleased to announce that the Institute of Andean and Amazonian Languages and Literatures (ILLA) has made 10 Quechua dictionaries, 5 Aymara dictionaries and 3 Guarani dictionary available for use in StarDict, GoldenDict and SimiDic (http://www.simidic.org). (SimiDic is a dictionary application for Android and iOS which we are developing).
