BGL dictionaries!

This question could be a little stupid, but i don´t now how to add a .bgl dict to goldendict, i wen to edict-» dicitionaries -»files -» i went to the folder of thew file but i could not selected it...
somebody can help me?!

Press F3, in the "Files" tab press "Add" and select the folder that contains your dictionary. Press OK. Then press Ctrl+F5. Your dictionary will be added to the default "All" group. If you want to customize groups, press F3 again, and go to "Groups" tab. You can create whatever group(s) you want and drag-and-drop any dictionaries into those groups.
