I want to create a dictionary that will have html tags like <b> <i> <table> <img> and other.
bgl and stardict formats should handle those extensions but I don't know what tags they do support and what don't.
Also I would like to know how to create dictionaries in with rich formatting.
May be some short tutorial or so...

bgl and stardict formats can use any html tags -- as long as the program you use to display them can handle them. GD uses webkit and therefore handles any html tags just fine.
