The disconnected Navigation panel after restart of the program (even contracted into a system tray: however, it is trouble of all windows of the program that they aren't displaced in a tray together with a primary window in case of its closing, however, unlike a panel displaced in a task bar together with the program) opens on all desktops over all windows (and thus there is no opportunity to build in a panel on a blank space to the right of the menu).
