Exception/error message
Posted: Tue Aug 26, 2014 3:21 amI recently installed GoldenDict on my teacher's laptop. It was working fine but then suddenly came up with this error message:
GoldenDict has crashed due to an unknown exception...
Exception: Config:: exMalformedConfigFile
Message: The configuration file is malformed
This information is located in file
C:/Users/Swami/AppDate/Local/Temp/qt_temp.p12756 which will be removed once you close this dialog.
This happens every time we try to open the application - and means we cannot open it at all. I tried uninstalling the application and downloading it fresh from the internet and then reinstalling, but get exactly the same message.
Can anyone help?
