Scan Popup not working on Windows portable version

Dear all,

I downloaded the latest version GoldenDict-1.0.1-271-geaa62e6-full(QT_4_8_1)(Abs62).
I'm using Windows 7 64 bits. Just one problem that when I press Ctrl+C (just Ctrl+C, not Ctrl+CC), the popup appears. Even if I go to Edit --> Preferences --> Hotkeys and disable all.

How to fix it?

You are describing the same issue as this one: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1740&start=10#p7681
For some people it's the expected behavior. For me is an issue. It should trigger the action on key up instead of key down.
