Creating a dictionary

So a friend of mine and I are trying to create our own language and we have hit upon a snag. We have grammar, spelling, all the required parts of speech, etc. We started creating our words for the language and found that we can't keep track of all the syllables that we have used and what words we have assigned them to. My friend asked me to look into this software as a way to solve our problem.

I don't have much free time to solidly figure out the program, and neither does he. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to easily create entries for a made up language, and if so how would I go about that?

Well it´s been a long time, I think you must already have figured it out, and perhaps your new language has already found its ways.
Anyway, the easiest path is to create a text file with the entries and to rename it to .dsl. (here I am again lost with the english infinitive verbal form, always hesitant)

[ref],[/ref]- hyperlink to a card in the same dictionary (or <<, >>)

[sup][/sup] -  superscript
['],[/'] - a stressed vowel in a word.
[ex], [/ex] - examples zone.
