Hello,

I have a question about the text spacings in a dictionary page. How does one add a blank rule between two lines?

Artery
動脈

noun
1. a blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the body
2. a major thoroughfare that bears important traffic
<INSERT BLANK RULE HERE>
名詞
1。血管進行血液從心臟到身體
2。負有重要的交通大通道

The red text must be a blank rule and I have no idea of how to do this.
